 JAG is a Michelin Star contemporary french fine dining restaurant with a discovery degustation approach centered around guests’ dietary inclinations. Founded by chef Jeremy Gillon and restaurateur Anant Tyagi, JAG nestles in a beautifully restored 19th-century warehouse overlooking the Singapore River at Robertson Quay.
