South Korean automotive giant Hyundai Motor India Limited recently launched a sporty iteration of the popular compact SUV, Creta. Called the Creta N-Line, the new variant is now the top-of-the-line model in the Creta line-up. Here is a video giving insights into the driving dynamics of the new SUV. Hyundai Creta N-Line Driving Dynamics
Before commencing the drive, the presenter first engages the sport mode on the Creta N-Line. After this, he performs a hard acceleration from standstill, and he states that in no time, the car reaches triple-digit speeds on the digital instrument gauge cluster. Notably, Hyundai claims an 8.9 second 0-100 Kph timing for the Creta N-Line. Following the acceleration, the presenter talks about the major difference between the standard Creta and the N-Line.
He states that the tweaked and stiffer suspension offers a lot of confidence at high speeds. Apart from this, he mentions that the steering feels a little heavier at high speeds, which gives the SUV a more sporty feedback. He states that the standard car has a very light steering feel.
Lastly, the presenter highlights that the biggest talking point about the new Creta N-Line is its braking capability. He states that the four-disc brakes setup helps in progressive stopping, inspiring a lot of confidence. He adds that braking is a very strong point of the Creta N-Line’s driving impression. The Creta N-Line is powered by a 1.5 liter-4 cylinder turbo petrol engine with 160 PS-253 Nm. 6 speed manual and 7 speed twin clutch automatic gearboxes are available options.

Before giving his honest driving impressions of the Hyundai Creta N-Line, the presenter first talks about the design details of the SUV in the video. He starts at the front of the vehicle and shows the newly designed front bumper, grille, and N-Line badging.
He then elaborates on the significance of N in the popular N-Line model range of Hyundai’s cars. Dino explains that the N in the N-Line stands for Nanyang district of South Korea. The significance of this district is that Hyundai’s Global Research and Development center is situated there.
Moving on, he mentions that globally the company offers models from the N sports division. However, these models, which get even more powerful powertrains, better suspension, and driving dynamics, are not offered in India. Instead, we get a glimpse of this in the form of N-Line models.
Hyundai Creta N-Line Design Details
As mentioned, the presenter first talks about the exterior design details of the new Creta N-Line. After showing the front end, he moves to the side profile of the car and states that the main highlight of this SUV is its new 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, which add to a much more aggressive appearance.
Next up, he shows the rear profile and mentions that it gets a more sporty-looking rear-end design. The highlight of the new rear-end design is the addition of a new and much more pronounced rear spoiler and rear diffuser. After this, he shows the interior, which he states comes with new all-black leather upholstery with red stitching and red accents all around.
