You can use gel food coloring or a few drops of green food coloring or blue drops of food coloring. What better way to celebrate Earth than with fun Earth day cupcakes.   • 3 eggs

Notes:

If you’re using white cake, only use egg whites and you’ll see the blue and green more vibrant. What a great treat.

You can use green frosting and royal blue icing color to make the frosting look like the Earth Day cupcake.
