Stila Cosmetics, a leading artistry beauty brand, announced the appointment of Steve Rosen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and David Reece as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Rosen is a financial leader and entrepreneurial brand builder with over 30 years of experience in the cosmetics industry.
He most recently served as CFO for ZO Skin Health, a Blackstone Private Equity portfolio company. Before ZO Skin Health, Rosen spent 22 years at Estee Lauder in various finance and M&A roles for brands such as Crème de la Mer, Jo Malone, Aramis, Designer Fragrances, and BECCA Cosmetics.
Reece is an executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the beauty, health, and wellness industries.
He has held key roles at Herbalife, Beachbody, Beautycounter, and Ritual. Most recently, Reece served as Chief Operating Officer at Ritual, where he spearheaded infrastructure advancements that accelerated sales growth and enhanced operational efficiency. His expertise spans supply chain, logistics, operations, and regulatory fields.
