At that time, Patrick, who is currently Sephora’s global chief merchandising officer, will succeed him as CEO of Sephora North America—making her the first woman to lead the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned retailer.
In her new role, Patrick will report to Guillaume Motte, president and CEO of Sephora’s global business.
About Artemis Patrick
Patrick has been part of the Sephora team for close to 20 years. She started in 2006 as director of e-commerce merchandising until she was promoted to the role of VP, e-commerce merchandising, followed by the role of VP and SVP GM Sephora inside J.C. Penney.
Most recently, she was global chief merchandising officer, since August 2020. Prior to that she was chief merchandising officer.
Other Leadership Changes
Priya Venkatesh, currently senior vice president of global merchandising, will step into the global chief merchant role on October 2, joining Sephora’s global leadership team and also reporting to Motte.
Also, Alexis Rollier, currently global chief operations officer, will oversee the Latin America region in addition to his current duties, effective Janurary 1.
