Personal Care Products Council Announces the 2025 Beauty Collective Summit

The Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) announced its 2025 Beauty Collective Summit, which is replacing the PCPC’s Annual Meeting.

Scheduled for Feb. 18–20, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, FL, this high-impact industry gathering unites top executives, thought leaders, and innovators in cosmetics and personal care.

PCPC President and CEO Tom Myers, said,

“As we reimagined this annual gathering, the name ‘Beauty Collective’ emerged as a fitting description of where the future of beauty is heading. This summit is a force multiplier for our industry, and ‘annual meeting’ did not fully encompass the vibrant assembly of diverse people and perspectives who shape, innovate, and grow the beauty business. Executives, brand leaders, entrepreneurs, scientists, and so many others have a role to play in what comes next in our industry.”

The event will hold live presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities. The summit will explore the forces reshaping the industry and provide tools to help attendees lead the future of beauty.

Sessions are broken into three tracks: Business Innovation, Science of Beauty, and Regulation & Compliance. Attendees can gain access to the latest research, peer connections, and expert advice to navigate current challenges and drive transformative impact.

Madam C.J. Walker Award Reception

The 2025 Beauty Collective Summit will also host the reception for The Madam C.J. Walker Award for Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

PCPC launched the award in 2021 to recognize individuals who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to DEI through strong leadership and sustained efforts, with a focus on workplace culture, programs, and policies, or through external engagement with consumers and communities.

Honorees reflect the highest standards of dedication to diversity and inclusivity in the beauty and personal care industry.
