Puig has issued a voluntary global recall of select batches of Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Setting Spry.
This is due to an isolated quality issue found during routine product testing in a limited number of batches. No other product was affected.
Following the recall notification, Puig reported a drop in shares.
Puig said that this recall is expected to impact the performance of its makeup segment but is not expected to impact its overall full-year performance.
In November, Drunk Elephant also issued a recall of three products in the U.S. due to an ingredient mix-up.
