Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has always managed to stay in the headlines for one reason or another. She was recently in the news after she received a ticket to contest elections from the Mandi constituency in Himachal Pradesh. She’ll be contesting as a candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Just like all the actresses in the industry, Kangana also owns several expensive cars. The most recent addition to her collection is a Mercedes Maybach GLS600 luxury SUV.

The video was shared by Yogen Shah on Instagram. In the video, we see Kangana Ranaut walking out of a salon in Mumbai. She greets all the photographers and bloggers outside and quickly walks towards the car that was waiting for her. We also see a couple of security personnel standing around the vehicles and accompanying the actress the whole time.
The driver opens the door for her, and she sits in. She even waves at the photographers a bit and then starts scrolling through her phone. The video ends here. In this video, we get a glimpse of Kangana’s new ride, a Mercedes Maybach GLS600 SUV. Kangana has bought the luxury SUV in a shade of white. This is currently the most expensive Maybach SUV sold in the country. It was also the first Maybach SUV ever for India.
In fact, the Maybach GLS600 was officially launched in the Indian market a few years ago, and it quickly gained attention from rich buyers. Many Bollywood celebrities own this luxury SUV. The SUV comes with features like lounge-style seating, a panoramic sunroof, a rear-seat entertainment package, a compact refrigerator, a Burmester audio system, and a virtual assistant.
Compared to a regular GLS, the Maybach version has a different design. The car looks significantly more premium and features additional chrome accents on the exterior. Mercedes recently launched the 2024 version or facelift of the regular GLS in India.
The grille on the GLS600 differs slightly from the regular version, and it includes projector LED headlamps with dual-function LED DRLs. The lower part of the bumper gets chrome vents and a skid plate as well.
The Mercedes-Maybach is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine, accompanied by a 48V mild-hybrid system. The engine delivers a peak power output of 557 PS and 730 Nm of torque. The hybrid system can provide an additional 22 PS and 250 Nm of torque on demand. A 9-speed automatic transmission channels the power to all four wheels.
This is not the only Maybach Kangana has in her garage. She also owns a Mercedes Maybach S680 luxury sedan. This luxury sedan uses a massive 6.0-liter V12 turbocharged petrol engine that generates 604 Bhp and 900 Nm of peak torque. The power is once again sent to all four wheels using the 4Matic technology.
Other than the Maybachs, Kangana Ranaut owns a Mercedes-Benz GLE, an older generation BMW 7-Series, and an Audi Q3 in her garage. As mentioned above, the GLS600 is an extremely popular model among Indian celebrities, especially in Bollywood. There are many actors who bought this SUV as soon as it was launched. Actor Ranveer Singh and his wife Deepika Padukone both own one of these SUVs in their garage. Malayalam movie actor Mammootty also owns a GLS600.
